Nothing here can break and nothing is saved. Replay puts the console back the way you found it.

03Originator
On Pipeline press + New issuance, give it a name, an asset class and a target size, then Publish offering. It joins the register as a new row.
04Investor
Open Browse offerings, pick a card and press Subscribe. The position turns up in Holdings.

On Transfers press + Initiate transfer, choose an instrument and an approved counterparty, then Confirm transfer. The row reads Recording… and then Settled.
What the app is
The originator desk is where a financial institution or arranger turns an asset it already holds into an instrument: it sets the terms, attaches the eligibility and transfer rules, publishes the offering to approved investors, and then services it — allocations, interest payments, redemptions and reporting — for as long as it is outstanding.
The investor portfolio is the other side of the same record. A qualified investor browses what they are eligible for, subscribes, holds or transfers to another approved holder, and watches cashflows arrive. Both sit inside one perimeter because that is what keeps them consistent: there is a single entry for each position, and the rules decide who may read it.
Holders
The full cap table of every instrument it issued.
Offerings
Its whole register: in roadshow, open, closing and closed.
Investors
Each approved investor and what they may be offered.
Lifecycle
Interest payments, redemptions and events across all its instruments.
Compliance
Every rule check run inside the perimeter, passed or blocked.
Reports
Statements generated from the ledger of record.
Holders
Its own positions only. Other holders are not shown.
Offerings
Only the instruments it is eligible to subscribe to.
Transfers
Its own transfers, to approved holders and no one else.
Cashflows
Payments due and received on its own account.
Documents
The papers behind the positions it holds.
Eligibility
The rules that apply to it, from its verified profile.
Who touches the record
The console lets you sit in the first two seats. The other two are why the perimeter exists: one enforces the rules, one can read the result.
Drafts an issuance, sets the instrument terms and transfer rules, and publishes it to approved investors. Follows its pipeline, subscriptions and the lifecycle of everything it has issued.
Sees only the offerings it is eligible for, reads the documents, subscribes, then holds or transfers. Cashflows arrive against the holding, with the ledger as the record.
Each subscription and transfer is tested against identity, eligibility and the rules the issuer set. A transfer to a party outside the perimeter cannot be started, let alone settled.
Observer access to the perimeter: who holds what, under which rules, and the trail behind each event. There is no second reporting feed to reconcile against the first.
About this demo. Every name, institution, instrument and figure in the console is fictional. Nothing you do there settles, moves money or reaches the live environment, and none of it is an offer of securities.
